Meet Pastor Mitch

Mitch and his wife, Nancy, have been married for 33 years and have five adult children. Mitch says asking Nancy to marry him was the second-best decision he has ever made -- the first was giving his heart to the Lord Jesus Christ in 1991. Since their marriage, Mitch and Nancy have faithfully served Christ and His Church. ​ The Lord led the Bennett family to Braddock Baptist Church in 2008. Mitch has served Braddock as a Deacon, Deacon Chairman, Elder, and presently, Senior Pastor. Nancy currently serves the church as a Deacon. Mitch's life verse is Hebrews 13:5-6: Let your conduct be without covetousness; Be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." So we may boldly say, "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" Both Mitch and Nancy testify to God's faithfulness to His promises found in His Word.
